Coming from Orange County, CA, Sam has been on Maui for over 20 years. Sam performs many custom freehand tattoos. His worldly travels and experience led him to the study and specializing in American Traditional, Japanese, and Polynesian art. His fine line black & grey tattoo work is also a talent well recognised.
